The Role

As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the full finance function, combining technical delivery with commercial insight:

• Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
• Providing commercial analysis and financial insight to senior management
• Overseeing day-to-day financial operations and controls
• Managing year-end accounts and liaising with external auditors
• Improving processes, reporting and financial systems
• Supporting business planning and strategic initiatives

The Person

To succeed in this Finance Manager position, you are likely to have:

• Qualified accountant status (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Experience working in a professional services or similar environment
• Strong hands-on finance experience with commercial exposure
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
