We are hiring for our client, a top-tier international law firm, who are seeking a Finance Solicitor (1-5 years PQE) to join their highly regarded Finance & Capital Markets team. The Role
As a Finance Solicitor, you will work across a range of transactions including:
- Project Finance
- Structured Finance & Capital Markets
- Leveraged Acquisition Finance
- Corporate Finance
- Fund Finance
- Property & Development Finance
- Aviation Finance
You will advise a mix of international and domestic clients on complex, multi-disciplinary mandates and work closely with colleagues across the wider firm.
The Person
We are keen to speak with Finance Solicitors who:
- Have strong transactional finance experience
- Are technically strong with a commercial mindset
- Are keen to broaden their exposure across finance disciplines
- Enjoy client interaction and building relationships
