We are hiring on behalf of a top-tier Irish law firm seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Lawyer (1–5 years’ PQE) to join its market-leading Finance and Capital Markets team in Dublin.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, high-value and multi-disciplinary finance transactions, advising a premier client base that includes leading domestic and international organisations.

The Role

You will work closely with senior lawyers on a broad range of high-profile finance matters, including:

• Project Finance

• Structured Finance & Capital Markets

• Leveraged Acquisition Finance

• General Corporate Finance

• Fund Finance

• Property & Development Finance

• Aviation Finance

The role offers exposure to innovative transactions, early responsibility, and genuine scope for career progression within a collaborative and high-performing team.

The Person

• Qualified solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE in finance law or a related transactional practice

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Commercially minded with excellent analytical and communication abilities

• Client-focused and enthusiastic about relationship-building and business development
