We are hiring for our client, a leading international law firm, seeking a highly skilled Finance & Capital Markets Associate to join their growing team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for a legal professional with 2-4 years PQE to work with a prestigious firm on high-profile, complex transactions within the finance and capital markets sectors.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of finance and capital markets work, including advising on equity and debt capital markets, project finance, and structured finance transactions. The Role:

• Work on a variety of finance and capital markets transactions, including equity and debt offerings, project finance, and structured finance.

• Provide legal advice to clients across multiple sectors, including financial institutions, corporations, and governmental bodies.

• Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents.

• Collaborate with senior lawyers and clients, building strong relationships and providing top-tier legal counsel.

• Stay up to date on current legal trends and market developments to ensure the highest quality service.

The Person:

• 2-4 years PQE in finance and capital markets law, gained at a leading law firm or financial institution.

• Strong technical knowledge of capital markets regulations and financing structures.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

• A proactive, solution-focused approach to legal work.
