The Role – EU Competition & Procurement Solicitor

You will work across a wide range of matters including:

• Merger control and competition filings
• Cartel investigations and regulatory enforcement
• Abuse of dominance and state aid
• Public procurement and advisory work
• Foreign direct investment and regulatory screening
• EU and Irish litigation matters
• Cross-team collaboration with Corporate, M&A and Disputes teams

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–4 years’ PQE
• Experience in EU competition, regulatory or procurement law
• Strong academic background
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A collaborative and proactive approach
