We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded law firm, seeking an experienced Energy, Infrastructure & Natural Resources Lawyer (2-4 years’ PQE) to join their leading team in Dublin. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and high-value projects within the energy, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors, advising a diverse client base, including renewable energy developers, financial institutions, and government bodies.

The Role:
- Advising clients on energy, infrastructure, and natural resources law, including regulatory, project development, and transactional matters
- Drafting and negotiating key agreements, such as power purchase agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, and financing arrangements
- Supporting clients on planning, environmental, and regulatory compliance issues
- Working closely with cross-disciplinary teams on major energy transition projects, including renewables, offshore wind, and decarbonisation initiatives
- Engaging with government agencies, stakeholders, and industry bodies on policy and legislative developments
The Person:
- 2-4 years’ PQE with experience in energy, infrastructure, or natural resources law
- Strong understanding of project finance, commercial contracts, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Ability to work on multi-jurisdictional transactions and collaborate across teams
- A keen interest in the renewable energy transition and sustainability
