The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a collaborative and ambitious team working with major multinational and high-growth clients, particularly across the technology and life sciences sectors.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to a broad range of employment law matters including:

• Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional projects
• Workforce restructurings and redundancies
• Employment support on corporate transactions
• Senior executive appointments and terminations
• Complex disputes and WRC representation
• Workplace investigations
• Outsourcing matters
• Global mobility and immigration-related work
• Incentives and benefits
• Policies, procedures and HR documentation
• Protection of confidential information and trade secrets

You will work closely with colleagues across Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific, offering genuine international exposure and collaboration.

The Person

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2-4 years’ PQE in employment law
• Experience gained within a large domestic or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A commercial and pragmatic approach
• Strong organisational and drafting abilities
• A genuine interest in working within an international and collaborative environment
