The Role
As an Employment Associate, you will work directly with senior lawyers and partners on a full spectrum of employment matters, including:
• Advisory: policies, contracts, handbooks and day-to-day legal support
• Employee relations: workplace investigations, performance management, exits
• Employment litigation: WRC, Labour Court, Circuit Court, shareholder and C-suite disputes
• Mediations and industrial relations mandates
• Transactional support: TUPE, due diligence, and negotiation on corporate deals
• Corporate immigration and employee benefits support

You’ll also be involved in client engagement, business development, and knowledge-sharing initiatives such as webcasts and seminars.

The Person
• 1–4 years’ post-qualification experience in Employment Law (from a top or mid-tier firm)
• Excellent academic credentials and technical legal skills
• Strong client-facing communication and drafting abilities
• Commercial awareness and the confidence to contribute within a fast-paced team
