The Role

• Advising on a full spectrum of employment law matters, including contracts, dismissals, TUPE, discrimination, and workplace disputes.
• Representing clients in litigation, mediation, and dispute resolution proceedings.
• Providing strategic legal counsel to corporate clients, public sector organisations, and senior executives.
• Keeping up to date with legislative changes and advising clients on employment law compliance.
• Collaborating with colleagues in other practice areas on employment-related aspects of corporate transactions.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in employment law.
• Strong experience advising on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Excellent technical knowledge of Irish employment law and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• A proactive and commercially aware approach.
