We are hiring for our client, a dynamic, global organisation, who are seeking a Director of People & Culture to join their Executive Leadership Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.

This is a critical appointment for an experienced and hands-on HR leader who can shape and deliver the people strategy while ensuring the successful execution of key organisational priorities across multiple regions. Immediate availability is essential.

Reporting to the CEO, the Director of People & Culture will play a pivotal role in driving leadership capability, talent and succession planning, employee engagement, reward governance, and organisational change.

The Role

  • Lead delivery of all core People & Culture cycles including engagement surveys (VOICE), performance reviews, salary and bonus processes
  • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to drive succession planning and leadership capability across critical roles
  • Sponsor and embed leadership development programmes across the organisation
  • Lead global engagement strategy, ensuring strong participation and actionable insights
  • Oversee reward governance including salary benchmarking, benefits analysis, and pay review processes
  • Strengthen people analytics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
  • Ensure compliance across HR policies, data integrity, and governance frameworks
  • Drive alignment across regions and business units, ensuring consistent delivery of people initiatives
  • Lead organisational change and continuous improvement programmes

 

The Person

  • Immediately available or available at short notice
  • Proven experience operating at Director or Senior HR Leadership level
  • Strong track record of delivering strategic and operational HR initiatives
  • Experience working within complex, multi-site or international organisations
  • Expertise across talent, succession, engagement, reward and organisational development
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence at Executive level
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using HR analytics to inform decisions
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to balance strategy and execution
