The Role:

· Managing and coordinating the design process from pre-construction through to delivery
· Liaising with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams
· Reviewing drawings and ensuring designs meet project specifications and buildability requirements
· Identifying and resolving design issues in a timely manner
· Supporting tender submissions, value engineering, and project planning

The Person:

· Degree-qualified in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
· Proven experience in a Design Manager or similar role within construction
· Strong knowledge of design coordination on large-scale projects
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to manage multiple design packages and deadlines
