The Role:
• Perform planned preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and implement repairs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise machinery performance
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, ensuring compliance with health & safety standards
• Liaise with production and operations teams to minimise downtime and improve reliability
• Assist with installation and commissioning of new machinery or equipment upgrades

The Person:
• Maintenance Engineer with relevant qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar maintenance engineering role within production or industrial settings
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills across mechanical and electrical systems
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
