The Role

• Provide legal advice on data protection and privacy matters, including GDPR compliance and international data transfers.
• Assist clients with regulatory investigations, data breaches, and risk management strategies.
• Draft and negotiate data processing agreements and privacy policies.
• Stay up to date with legislative developments and advise on regulatory changes.
• Work closely with partners and cross-functional teams in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

The Person

• 1 year+ PQE with experience in data protection and privacy law.
• Strong knowledge of GDPR, ePrivacy, and international data transfer regulations.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience in a top-tier law firm or a strong commercial legal background preferred.
