Customer Success Executive

We are hiring for our client, a market-leading manufacturer and distributor in the interiors sector, who are seeking a driven Customer Success Executive to join their growing team. Based outside of Antrim, this is a fantastic opportunity to support the business during an exciting period of expansion.

The Role:

• Identify, qualify and convert new inbound sales leads
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Proactively manage and nurture a portfolio of existing customers to increase spend/grow account
• Work closely with Sales Managers
• Research new markets using CRM and data tools
• Deliver product presentations, quotes, and proposals

The Person - What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a sales or customer service role
• 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Grade C in English & Maths
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
• Self-starter with a positive mindset and can-do attitude
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Commercial awareness, confidence in engaging with key decision-makers
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
