The Opportunity
Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Dublin law firm to recruit a Corporate Solicitor to join its highly regarded Corporate team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 2+ years PQE to join a busy and growing practice advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, commercial contracts and strategic advisory matters across both the public and private sectors.
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value matters while building strong client relationships and developing their expertise within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
You will advise on a wide variety of corporate and commercial matters, including:
- Mergers, acquisitions and corporate transactions
- Legal due diligence exercises and preparation of due diligence reports
- Drafting and negotiating SPAs, APAs and other transaction documentation
- Shareholder, investment and joint venture agreements
- Disclosure exercises and disclosure letters
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Corporate governance and company law matters
- Corporate and commercial advisory work
- Legal research and preparation of client advice
- Participation in business development initiatives and knowledge-sharing activities
The Person
You will have:
- Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE
- Strong experience within a corporate practice
- Experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Excellent technical drafting and analytical skills
- Strong legal research capabilities
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and project management abilities
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Experience advising public sector clients would be advantageous but is not essential.
