An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Solicitor with 2–4 years post-qualification experience to join a leading Corporate M&A team. This role will see you advising on complex and high-profile transactions, working with an international client base across various industry sectors. You will engage with pioneering market participants and provide both legal and commercial expertise on M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and corporate governance.

The Role

• Advise on public and private M&A, corporate governance, migrations, and more
• Collaborate with cross-border, interdisciplinary teams to offer top-tier legal advice
• Take part in business development initiatives and grow your professional network
• Draft legal documents clearly and concisely, using your legal knowledge and commercial judgement

The Person

• 2–4 years’ post-qualification experience
• Strong academic credentials with excellent technical, drafting, and communication skills
• High commercial awareness with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• A team player with a growth mindset, adaptability, and a calm approach to problem-solving
