Hunter Savage are hiring for our client, a growing and ambitious commercial law firm, as they expand their Corporate & Commercial team following a recent strategic merger.

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking Corporate & Commercial Solicitors (1–8 years’ PQE) to join their team in Dublin or Cork. Opportunities are available across Solicitor, Associate, Senior Associate and Director level.

The team advises a broad mix of domestic and international clients across a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including strong exposure to renewable energy and project-led transactions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor looking to join a firm at a pivotal stage of development, with access to quality work and clear progression opportunities.

The Role:

As a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions

• Support private equity and venture capital transactions

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts

• Advise on corporate governance and compliance matters

• Work on joint ventures and corporate restructurings

• Support project finance and renewable energy transactions

• Provide company secretarial and corporate structuring advice

You will work closely with senior lawyers and partners while managing your own matters and developing strong client relationships.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–8 years’ PQE in Corporate/Commercial law

• Strong drafting and technical ability

• Commercial awareness and business acumen

• Ability to build trusted client relationships

• Organised and capable of managing competing deadlines

• Ambition to progress within a growing team

More experienced candidates will also be considered.
