The Role

• Advise on mergers and acquisitions (public and private, domestic and cross-border)
• Support venture capital and private equity transactions
• Assist on corporate restructuring and reorganisation projects
• Draft and negotiate shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and corporate governance documents
• Handle corporate finance work including debt and equity fundraising
• Support foreign direct investment clients entering or expanding in the Irish market

The Person

• 2–3 years’ PQE in corporate law, ideally with a strong grounding in transactional work
• Qualification in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Excellent drafting and technical skills with strong commercial judgment
• A collaborative, client-focused approach and interest in building long-term relationships
• Energy, ambition, and a desire to grow within a busy, high-performing team
