The Role

As a Corporate Solicitor, you’ll work on a wide variety of matters including:
• Cross-border M&A (public and private)
• Joint ventures and post-merger integrations
• Private Equity and Venture Capital
• Capital Markets and Investment Funds
• International Corporate Reorganisations
• Corporate Governance

The Person

We are keen to speak with candidates who:

• Are qualified Solicitors with 2–7 years’ PQE in M&A and/or Private Equity
• Have experience at a leading Irish, City or regional corporate practice
• Possess strong technical and commercial acumen
• Have an international mindset and excellent academics
• Are enthusiastic about mentoring junior lawyers and supporting business growth
