The Role:

• Provide expert legal advice on M&A transactions, corporate restructuring, and private equity investments.
• Draft and negotiate complex commercial contracts and transaction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies on high-profile deals.
• Advise on corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) with strong experience in corporate law and M&A.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Commercially focused with strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
