The Role:

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate transactions, restructuring, and private equity investments.

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts and transaction documents.

• Collaborate with clients, financial institutions, and regulatory bodies on high-profile deals.

• Advise on corporate governance, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

• Keep up to date with industry developments and regulatory changes.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor (5+ years PQE) with corporate law and M&A experience.

• Proven ability to manage complex, high-value transactions.

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills.

• Strong commercial awareness, strategic thinking, and problem-solving ability.
