The Role

• Advising on a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, corporate finance, and restructuring.
• Drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts and legal documentation.
• Providing strategic legal advice to blue-chip clients, investors, and multinational corporations.

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years PQE in corporate law.
