The Role:

As a Corporate/Banking Solicitor, you will:

• Advise on corporate and banking transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and structured finance.
• Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documentation.
• Conduct due diligence and provide strategic legal guidance to clients.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative solutions.
• Manage client relationships and help grow the firm’s profile within corporate and banking sectors.

The Person:

• NQ+ Solicitor with experience or interest in corporate or banking law (newly qualified or with post-qualification experience).
