We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded international law firm in Dublin, seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join a top-tier corporate practice operating at the forefront of private company M&A and corporate finance.

This role offers an outstanding platform for a junior corporate lawyer to gain early responsibility and visibility on high-quality transactions. The team acts predominantly as lead counsel and is recognised for advising innovative Irish businesses, institutional investors and international acquirers on complex, high-value deals.

The Role

• Advise on private M&A and corporate finance transactions
• Support venture capital, growth capital and private equity investments
• Act for high-growth Irish companies through funding rounds and exits
• Work closely with partners as lead counsel on transactions
• Build strong technical and client-facing skills in a deal-driven environment

The Person

• Qualified solicitor with up to 2 years’ PQE
• Training and experience gained in a leading Irish or international firm
• Exposure to M&A, venture capital and/or private equity work
• Commercially minded with excellent attention to detail
• Ambitious, collaborative and interested in long-term career progression
