The Role
As a Corporate and M&A Solicitor, you will:
• Advise on private and public M&A transactions
• Support capital markets work, including IPOs and secondary fundraisings
• Act on venture capital, private equity, and growth investments
• Advise listed and private clients on corporate governance and regulatory matters
• Support reorganisations, restructurings, and general company law advisory
• Liaise with cross-functional teams on transaction structuring and execution

The Person
This opportunity is ideal for someone who:
• Is a qualified solicitor in Ireland or another common law jurisdiction
• Has 2–6 years’ PQE in corporate and M&A work from a recognised practise
• Demonstrates strong drafting and commercial advisory skills
• Is highly organised, proactive, and enjoys working collaboratively across teams
• Is driven to build strong client relationships and take ownership of matters
