About the Role:
We are hiring for our client, a leading law firm in Dublin, who are seeking a Corporate & M&A Solicitor to join their highly regarded Corporate and M&A practice group. If you are a qualified lawyer with 2–6 years’ PQE, this is an exceptional opportunity to work on both domestic and international transactions for high-profile clients in a dynamic and innovative environment.
What You’ll Do:

Advise clients across all stages of the company lifecycle, including:

Private M&A
-
Public M&A
-
Capital Markets (Equity)
-
Private Equity & Venture Capital
-
Corporate Reorganisations
-
Corporate Advisory and Governance
-
PLC Advisory and Governance
-

Work closely with our multidisciplinary Client Technology team, providing cutting-edge solutions to clients.

Engage in business development and expand your professional network through opportunities like client pitches and webinars.
What We’re Looking For:

2–6 years of corporate law experience, ideally from a large or medium-sized firm in Ireland or the UK.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.

A keen interest in developing expertise in Corporate M&A and contributing to a forward-thinking, innovative firm.
