The Role

  • Provide administrative and compliance support to the firm’s Compliance team

  • Assist with day-to-day compliance monitoring and internal checks

  • Support AML/KYC processes, including client due diligence and onboarding reviews

  • Maintain accurate compliance records, registers, and documentation

  • Assist with regulatory filings, audits, and internal reviews

  • Respond to compliance-related queries from across the business

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures

 

The Person

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a compliance, risk, or regulatory support role

  • Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements, ideally within a legal or professional services environment

  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Professional, discreet, and able to handle confidential information

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and compliance systems
