We are hiring for our client, a leading commercial law practice, seeking a Competition & Regulation Solicitor to join their highly regarded team in either Dublin or Cork. This permanent position offers a hybrid working model and the chance to work on some of the most high-profile and complex competition, antitrust, and regulatory matters in the Irish market.

The Role:

• Advise on Irish and EU merger control, foreign direct investment screening, and antitrust investigations.

• Support clients on state aid, foreign subsidies regulations, and public procurement matters.

• Provide strategic advice on sectoral regulation across industries including telecoms, energy, broadcasting, and transport.

• Manage complex, cross-practice cases collaboratively with colleagues.

The Person:

• NQ+ qualified lawyer with strong academic credentials and a keen interest in competition, antitrust, and regulatory law.

• Client-focused, commercially minded, and comfortable managing a varied workload.

• Strong communication, organisational, and analytical skills.

• Motivated to deepen expertise and develop a career in competition and regulatory law.
