The Role
-
Provide company secretarial support across a varied client portfolio
-
Assist with the preparation of board and committee documentation, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
-
Maintain statutory registers and ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements
-
Manage filings with the CRO and other regulatory bodies
-
Support corporate governance matters and best practice requirements
-
Liaise with partners, clients, and external advisors
-
Assist with ad hoc company secretarial and compliance projects
The Person
-
Governance Institute (CGI) qualified or actively working towards CGI qualification
-
Previous experience in a similar Company Secretarial or Corporate Governance role
-
Strong understanding of company law, statutory compliance, and governance frameworks
-
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Professional, proactive, and team-focused approach
