We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (1-6 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Ireland’s most respected property practices - advising leading domestic and international clients on complex, high-value transactions across investment, development, finance, and renewable energy.

The Role:
• Advise on the acquisition, development, financing, and disposal of commercial property across multiple sectors.
• Act for landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex leasing and development projects.
• Support major infrastructure, renewable energy, and data centre projects, managing all property aspects.
• Work collaboratively with corporate and finance teams on joint ventures, reorganisations, and secured lending.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and counterparties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction management.

The Person:
• 1-6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, gained in a large or mid-tier law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial property transactions, leasing, or development work.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially astute with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to manage complex matters.
