We are hiring for our client, a leading Irish law firm, seeking a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor (1–6 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded Real Estate team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to work within one of Ireland’s most respected property practices — advising leading domestic and international clients on complex, high-value transactions across investment, development, finance, and renewable energy.

The Role:
• Advise on the acquisition, development, financing, and disposal of commercial property across multiple sectors.
• Act for landlords, tenants, developers, and investors on complex leasing and development projects.
• Support major infrastructure, renewable energy, and data centre projects, managing all property aspects.
• Work collaboratively with corporate and finance teams on joint ventures, reorganisations, and secured lending.
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and counterparties to ensure smooth and efficient transaction management.

The Person:
• 1–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate, gained in a large or mid-tier law firm.
• Strong experience in commercial property transactions, leasing, or development work.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
• Commercially astute with strong organisational and communication abilities.
• A proactive and collaborative approach with the confidence to manage complex matters.
