The Role:

• Advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development projects, and property finance.

• Draft and negotiate leases, contracts, and related real estate documentation.

• Conduct due diligence, title review, and planning checks.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple practice areas to deliver integrated legal advice.

• Support clients on commercial real estate matters from instruction to completion.

• Experience in construction or development-related work is an advantage but not essential.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor with 1–5 years’ PQE in commercial property.

• Solid experience handling property transactions independently.

• Excellent communication, drafting, and client management skills.

• Commercially aware, proactive, and detail-focused with strong teamwork ethos.
