The Role:

  • Build, nurture & maintain relationships with clients, insurers, and colleagues.

  • Proactively handle account queries and oversee your client books credit control matters.

The Person:

  • Proven experience within the Insurance Industry with a solid understanding of general insurance products and services.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and eligibility to work in the UK are essential.
  • Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with the ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently.
  • Desirable: Experience with Acturis and holding or working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute qualification.
