We are hiring for our client, a progressive and growing general insurance brokerage, who are seeking to appoint a Commercial Account Executive to join their Commercial Team. The Role:
- Manage a portfolio of business clients across commercial combined, motor trade, fleet, liability, and package policies
- Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and client servicing duties with a customer-first approach
- Develop and retain strong client relationships, delivering high levels of service and responsiveness
- Support team objectives and contribute to the overall growth and development of the Commercial division
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the business to support cross-functional initiatives
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of the commercial insurance market
- Identify and act on opportunities to improve client coverage and risk management
The Person:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a commercial insurance role
- Proven track record in customer service and client relationship management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- APA or CIP qualification (or working towards) desirable
- Experience working with Open GI is advantageous but not essential
