Client Service Administrator

We are hiring for our client, a well-established professional services firm, who are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Services Administrator to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, managing client queries, and supporting service delivery in a structured, professional environment.

The Role:

• Act as a first point of contact for clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
• Handle client enquiries professionally, ensuring accurate information and timely responses
• Support clients throughout their service journey, maintaining clear and empathetic communication
• Maintain and update client records accurately on internal systems
• Request, track, and organise client documentation
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure client matters progress efficiently
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and client updates
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, data protection, and confidentiality requirements
• Assist with diary coordination, appointments, and follow-up actions
• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

The Person – What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a client services, customer support, or administrative role
• Strong communication skills with a calm, professional telephone manner
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident managing sensitive conversations with empathy and discretion
• Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines
• IT confident, with experience using Microsoft Office and CRM-style systems
• Team-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused
• Experience in professional services is desirable but not essential
