Client Relationship/Sales Support Manager

About the Role

You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of client accounts, providing administrative and operational support to the field sales team, and helping deliver the highest level of service to customers. From handling enquiries to nurturing long-term relationships, you’ll be one of the key point of contact for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
    • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Provide tailored solutions to meet bespoke client requirements.
  • Customer Service & Sales Support:
    • Handle inbound and outbound enquiries via phone, email, and in person.
    • Present products and services confidently to clients.
    • Assist the sales team with samples, order confirmations, and promotional materials.
  • Order Processing & Administration:
    • Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently across multiple platforms.
    • Manage price files, invoices, paperwork, and customer records.
    • Prepare and distribute timely sales reports.
    • Support general office administration to ensure smooth operations.
  • Data & Reporting:
    • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
    • Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives.

Essential Experience & Skills

  • Strong administration and Microsoft Office skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills.
  • A team player who can also work independently.
  • High attention to detail, especially when managing bespoke client requests.
