The Role:

• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing clients across Ireland
• Actively promote the business and enhance brand visibility in the market
• Identify new opportunities and gather market insights to support business growth
• Represent the company at industry forums, events, and client meetings
• Manage client expectations and ensure long-term business partnerships

The Person:

• Proven experience in Business Development, ideally within the piling or precast industry
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships
• Proactive, driven, and commercially aware, with a passion for business growth
• Willingness to travel across Ireland as required
