The Role

• Develop and implement business development and marketing strategies for the Finance Department

• Work closely with senior executives to identify growth opportunities and build client relationships

• Lead campaigns, initiatives, and events to raise the profile of the department

• Analyse market trends, prepare reports, and identify areas for business growth

• Manage and mentor a small business development team, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support client-facing initiatives

The Person

• Degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent professional experience

• At least five years’ experience in business development or marketing within a professional services environment

• Experience partnering with senior executives

• Previous experience in a managerial role
