The Role:

• Generate and manage a strong pipeline of new business leads
• Develop winning proposals and convert prospects into long-term clients
• Identify and capitalise on cross-selling opportunities across insurance and financial services
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client solutions
• Build and maintain strong industry networks and relationships

• CIP Qualified (essential)
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the insurance and financial services sector
• Highly organised, results-driven, and resilient
