Business Administrator

We are hiring for our client, a leading professional services firm, who are seeking a proactive Business Administrator to provide high-quality support across their business areas. This role offers a varied workload combining core administrative responsibilities with opportunities to assist with billing, client matters, events, and operational processes.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative support including document preparation, business support and scanning/filing
  • Manage email, telephone calls, and other communications, ensuring high-quality service
  • Assist with billing administration, cover letters, and e-billing setup
  • Support new business intake and compliance processes, including engagement letters and anti-money laundering forms
  • Assist with meeting/event logistics, travel bookings, and client interactions
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain efficient workflows, sharing best practices and contributing to process improvements

The Person – What We’re Looking For

  • Previous experience in business support within a professional services environment
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance
  • Confident in using Microsoft Office and relevant practice systems
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently when required
  • Positive, collaborative attitude with a focus on delivering excellent service
