BANKING SOLICITOR (2-5 YEARS PQE)- BELFAST (HYBRID WORKING)

A leading Northern Ireland law firm is seeking to appoint a Banking Solicitor to join its highly regarded Banking & Finance team in Belfast.

The Role:

You will work closely with experienced partners and associates advising a broad range of clients including banks, financial institutions, developers, corporates, and investors. The work will include:

• Corporate and commercial lending transactions

• Property and real estate finance

• Development finance and refinancing matters

• Security documentation and due diligence

The role offers early responsibility, client exposure, and genuine scope for progression.

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor in Northern Ireland with a minimum 2 years post-qualification experience- the client is ideally considering candidates with 2-5 years PQE in banking and finance. The client will also consider a REAL ESTATE solicitor with an interest/ demonstrable experience in banking. 

  • Commercially minded with strong drafting and technical skills
  • Strong legal and commercial judgement, and able to deliver clear and practical advice.
