The Role:

• Advising on corporate finance, structured finance, and banking transactions.
• Drafting and negotiating loan agreements, security documents, and facility agreements.
• Assisting in regulatory and compliance matters related to banking law.
• Supporting clients in debt restructuring, refinancing, and acquisition finance.
• Collaborating with internal teams on cross-border financial transactions.

The Person:

• Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with experience in banking, finance, or corporate law.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
