The Role:

• Advise on a broad range of general corporate lending transactions

• Work on real estate finance, development finance, acquisition finance, and asset-based lending matters

• Act for both lenders and borrowers across domestic and cross-border transactions

• Draft, review, and negotiate loan and security documentation

• Work closely with partners and clients, taking real ownership of matters

• Contribute to business development and the continued growth of the finance practice

The Person:

• Qualified Solicitor (Ireland or England & Wales) at Associate or Senior Associate level

• Experience in banking & finance or general corporate lending gained in a reputable law firm

• Strong commercial awareness and pragmatic approach to client advice

• Confident communicator with the ability to manage client relationships

• Team-oriented, ambitious, and keen to grow with a progressive firm
