We are hiring for our client, a prestigious international law firm, seeking an experienced Banking & Finance Solicitor (5-7 years’ PQE) to join their highly regarded team in Dublin. The Role:

• Advising financial institutions, borrowers, and corporate clients on a broad range of banking & finance matters, including acquisition finance, structured finance, and real estate finance
• Drafting and negotiating facility agreements, security documentation, and other related financial instruments
• Supporting partners and senior lawyers on complex, high-value transactions
• Managing client relationships and providing strategic legal advice in a fast-paced, international environment
• Keeping up to date with market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments

The Person:

• 5-7 years’ PQE with experience in banking & finance law, ideally from a top-tier or international firm
• Strong technical expertise in lending, security, and structured finance transactions
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with a keen commercial acumen
• Ability to manage multiple transactions and work effectively under pressure
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term client relationships
