About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join one of Ireland’s leading Aviation Finance teams, advising on the full spectrum of aircraft sale, purchase, leasing, and financing matters.
You’ll work on high-value, cross-border transactions for top-tier lessors, airlines, and financiers, collaborating with international counsel and specialists across the firm.
Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate documentation for aircraft sale, lease, and finance deals

Coordinate multi-jurisdictional transactions and manage local counsel

Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives

Manage multiple priorities and ensure deadlines are met
About You
-
Qualified solicitor (Ireland or another common law jurisdiction)
-
NQ+ experience in Finance Law, ideally with exposure to aviation
-
Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Collaborative, proactive, and commercially aware
