We are delighted to be working with a leading Irish law firm in Dublin to recruit an Aviation Solicitor to join its highly regarded Aviation & Asset Finance team.

This team is recognised as one of the leading aviation practices globally, acting on many of the market’s most significant and complex aircraft leasing, financing, trading and restructuring transactions. The team advises a first-class client base including global aircraft lessors, airlines, financial institutions, private equity houses and investors across a broad range of aviation matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor looking to build a long-term career in a genuinely market-leading aviation practice with strong international exposure and high-quality work from day one.

The Role

• Advising on a broad range of aviation and asset finance transactions, including aircraft leasing, acquisition finance, portfolio transactions, restructurings and securitisations
• Acting for leading global aircraft lessors, airlines, banks, investors and aviation market participants
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex transaction documentation across multi-jurisdictional deals
• Working closely with international counsel and clients on cross-border transactions
• Supporting transactions from initial structuring through to closing and post-completion matters
• Advising on the acquisition, disposal, financing and refinancing of aviation assets
• Playing an active role within a collaborative and high-performing team environment

The Person

• Qualified Solicitor with 1+ years’ PQE
• Background in banking & finance, asset finance, corporate or similar transactional practice area
• Strong technical ability and attention to detail
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in the aviation sector
• Comfortable working within a fast-paced international environment
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
