The Role:
As a Corporate Funds Associate, you will:
- Advise on a wide range of corporate and funds-related matters, including fund formation, structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Work on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Provide expert legal advice to a diverse client base, including investment funds, private equity firms, and multinational corporations.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the firm to deliver seamless, high-quality legal services.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and build strong client relationships.
The Person:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years PQE in Corporate Funds or Corporate Real Estate.
- A strong academic background and a recognised legal qualification.
- Excellent technical skills and a proven track record of handling complex corporate transactions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- A proactive and ambitious approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
