The Role:

• Advise leading financial institutions, airlines, and leasing companies on complex aviation finance transactions.
• Structure and negotiate aircraft acquisitions, financings, leases, and securitisations.
• Draft and review loan agreements, leasing arrangements, security documentation, and structured finance deals.
• Manage cross-border transactions, working closely with international teams.
• Provide strategic legal advice on regulatory and industry developments affecting aviation finance.

The Person:

• Qualified solicitor with 2-6 years PQE in Asset Finance or Aviation Finance, gained in a top-tier law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong technical expertise in financing transactions, banking, or leasing law.
• Experience managing complex, multi-jurisdictional transactions.
• Commercially minded with excellent negotiation and drafting skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
