An excellent opportunity for an experienced Aftersales Engineer to join a leading manufacturing and engineering business. Reporting to the Technical Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing key customer accounts, providing technical support, and ensuring that customer requirements are met through collaboration with internal engineering and production teams.

The Role

• Manage and grow relationships with key customer accounts
• Handle sales orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery
• Provide technical product support, troubleshooting, and aftersales service
• Conduct tests and inspections on the production floor to resolve customer issues
• Manage warranty cases and customer queries efficiently
• Attend trade shows and represent the business professionally
• Conduct occasional customer site visits
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all customer requirements are achieved

The Person

• Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Manufacturing or related discipline preferred)
• Experience in a customer-facing technical role
• Strong technical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel occasionally for customer visits and events
