Administrator - Financial Services
We are hiring for our client, a well-established professional services firm based in Belfast, who are seeking a Trainee Financial Services Administrator to provide support to the wider team whilst developing their own career pathway within the firm. This role will provide essential administrative support to financial advisors, paraplanners, and other colleagues as they work with clients. The successful Administrator will play a key role in preparing client review reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining strong client relationships.

The Role
- Provide administrative support to financial advisors and paraplanners
- Prepare client review reports and financial documentation
- Assist in delivering a high-quality service in line with client subscription levels
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database
- Support client relationship management and communication
- Prepare client-related materials, presentations, and review reports
- Contribute to compliance with regulatory bodies such as the FCA
- Manage ad hoc queries from clients and internal teams
- Proactively manage time and workload to meet deadlines
- Actively seek ways to improve processes and efficiency
The Person
- At least 1 years administrative experience, ideally within a professional services environment
- Strong desire to build a career within financial services
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a client-focused environment with attention to detail
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (FCA experience a bonus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- Willingness to develop skills and knowledge in the financial sector
