Accounts Assistant - Part time

We are hiring for our client, a well-established and supportive business based in Dungannon, who are seeking to appoint a part-time Accounts Assistant to support their finance function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for flexibility, with part-time hours across 3–4 days per week. The successful Accounts Assistant will join a friendly, professional team and support with day-to-day finance duties.

The Role:
• Process supplier invoices and reconciling purchase orders
• Manage payment runs and liaise with suppliers to resolve queries
• Monitor aged creditors and assist with month-end close
• Data entry and maintenance of accurate financial records
• Provide general support to the finance team as needed

The Person:
• Prior experience in an accounts/finance support role is essential
• Comfortable using accountancy software and Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Able to work independently and manage your own workload
