In her busy role, Sorcha adeptly manages the day-to-day running of our offices while also dedicating time to provide one-to-one support to our consultants, ensuring a smooth, supportive, and constructive work environment. Her leadership in numerous company-wide projects has been instrumental in refining the experiences of our clients and candidates alike.
