Celebrating Excellence at the CIPD NI Awards

This flagship event in Northern Ireland’s HR calendar brought together industry leaders to celebrate the incredible achievements of organisations and professionals driving excellence in people management and development.

As part of our ongoing commitment to supporting talent and professional growth, Hunter Savage sponsored the Best Learning & Development Initiative category. This award recognises organisations that have demonstrated outstanding investment in their employees’ skills and career progression. We were delighted to see this year’s award go to Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, whose innovative approach to learning and development stood out amongst strong competition. The award was presented by Stephanie Mulholland, Commercial Director at Hunter Savage, who congratulated the council on their forward-thinking initiatives that continue to shape a stronger workforce.
