The Role:

• Assist in personal injury litigation cases, supporting lawyers with research, drafting, and case management.
• Conduct legal research and prepare documents for court proceedings.
• Liaise with clients, experts, and other stakeholders, maintaining effective communication throughout the case lifecycle.
• Assist in trial preparation and attend court proceedings as required.
• Ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards.

The Person:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation is essential.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
